The villa is as luxury as the name suggests, kitted out to the highest standards throughout with some lovely added extras (the drinks collection and the PS5 were particularly welcome).
The pool and pool area is wonderful with really really comfortable sun loungers🤗.

We had a dreamlike vacation in Villa Morelli.
The villa is very well equipped, modern and lovingly furnished. Everything was very clean and the outdoor area and the pool were just perfect.
The location of the villa is great, ideal for relaxing and there are many interesting paths that lead to the beach or restaurants.
We travel a lot and have never felt so happy and fortunate.
Communication with the hosts was excellent and very cordially. The recommendations were very good and for any questions or problems we were helped immediately. We have never experienced anything like this before. If you are looking for something to complain about, you will defnitely not find it in this accommodation :-)
We strongly recommand Villa Morelli and love to come back. ❤️

UK family with two older teenage children just returned from 9 nights in San Agustin.
We might be too easily impressed but every square centimetre is curated perfection and every window frames a picture. Spaces to be together and to be apart. Top spec tech and comfort in every room.
Communication from the host was amazing. All the way from initial booking, week/day before, during and after the trip.
We would not hesitate to recommend this villa.

Villa Morelli was a great find for us and provided a very relaxing and enjoyable week.
The Villa itself is very well equipped with all mod cons, from the Bose sound system, to the PS5, to the beautiful lighting around the pool. Everything we needed was on hand.
The location was fantastic with a great view of the sea from the terrace and amenities that could be walked to in 10-15 mins if like us you don’t like to drive on holiday.
The hosts provide a very comprehensive folder giving recommendations of things to do and places to eat.
If you book Villa Morelli you won’t be disappointed, thanks Martina!

Beautiful modern villa
The best equipped villa I've ever stayed in, spotlessly clean, modern and a beautiful garden/pool area. Set above a couple of other villas, with access via a secure lift, the accommodation is very private and peaceful.
Couldn't have asked for more on our stay and the owners were wonderful and friendly. Absolutely gutted that we had to leave.

I cannot recommend Villa Morelli enough!
The villa itself is modern and spacious with excellent facilities and is located in beautiful surroundings with a perfect view of the sea.
Martina could not have been more welcoming or helpful. She checked that we had everything we needed, left us clear instructions as well as wonderful recommendations for local restaurants - two of which we tried and both were excellent. She was flexible with my booking when I needed to make a change.
I will definitely be booking again!

A fantastic and really well equipped villa.
The location is brilliant, on a hillside with great views along the south coast of Gran Canaria to the dunes at Maspalomas. The small enclave of high quality villas is quiet and private, but also within ten minutes walking distance of supermarkets, restaurants and a sandy beach.
The villa is equipped with just about everything you need for a great holiday - we particularly loved the yoga mats, coffee makers, plentiful kitchen equipment and provision of both bathroom and beach towels. Being a bit of a light sleeper I much appreciated the metal window shutters, peaceful location away from roads and a choice of pillows!
The pool was lovely and there is an abundance of TVs, games and other entertainments at the property.

If you are looking for the perfect villa to relax and and unwind then look no further.
We have used AirBnB for all of our travel accommodation over the years and this villa was one of the best we have stayed in.
The property is situated in a secured residential framework which was very appealing to us. Entry and exit is via secured lift and access gate. Location wise it’s very close to lovely beaches and there are plenty of restaurants within walking distance.
We didn’t have a car as we prefer walking and everything we needed was within 20 min walking distances.
The communications between Martina and ourselves was second to none. She was so helpful when we had a medical issue with our son and went above and beyond providing information about the hospital.
This is one property you must visit!

In order not to repeat the comments and reviews. We unreservedly recommanded this villa. The hosts are very committed and helpful. The equipment couldn't be better.
The location in San Agustin is probaly the best to get to know the entire island by car. Having a private parking space is actually an advantage in Gran Canaria, as it is very diffcult to find a parking space almost everywhere.
The leaborate, well-kept country-typical planting around the house is impressive. We happily come again!

3 words - Wow. Wow. Wow.
Exceptional private villa in a perfect location. 20 mins drive from the airport, in a quieter part of the Maspolomas area. The villa is perched high up on a hill overlooking San Augustin and with a great view of the sea beyond. Bars, restaurants and shops are a 5 minute drive, or a pleasant 10 - 20 minute walk.
The owners are a pleasure to deal with - very communicative and supportive throughout your stay.
The villa itself is spotlessly clean and superbly equipped with everything one could need - including smart-house controls - and high end fixtures and fittings throughout (2x Bose entertainment systems with surround sound, PS5 games console, Weber gas BBQ, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, etc,). TV wise the system caters for most nationalities, with most major European and USA channels represented in FHD (including all the major sports offerings). WiFi is strong (and fast) throughout the property. The patio/pool/sun longer area have breathtaking views out to sea and down onto the town - and are simply stunning!

Stunning views, luxury and comfort
We travel a lot and rent a lot of places. This is by far the best place we have ever rented.
I cannot say enough good things about it, and the pictures are not even a little bit misleading like in some other vacation rentals. It had everything we needed to relax and enjoy your holiday! Gorgeous interior and exterior design, plenty of space to relax with an amazing pool (not overlooked by other houses or developments), fantastic outdoor shower with hot water, sun loungers and marvelous views over San Augustin and Maspalomas.
Martina is a very responsive host and also gave us many good advices soon before our arrival. Martina’s recommendation of where to shop for groceries, eat out, activities, etc. was thoughtful and much appreciated. Any questions we had were quickly answered.
The wifi was excellent. Highly recommend this villa. We were able to disconnect and truly enjoy ourselves. Our only regret is that we did not rent it for longer (we were there for one week). We were sad to leave and will definitely love to come back.

The Villa Morelli is a great new modern house with German high quality all through. Cleaning is 5 stars plus, and the welcoming was personal with Olivia who guided us through the house and the technicalities.
The villa is located near some great restaurants, and a bit over the ocean with a stunning view that reaches as long as the dunes in Mas Palomas. Beautiful.
The sun reaches the pool area from 10 to 18.30 in march. The outside is modern with comfortable sunchairs and sunbeds. The outside area is private and has more or less no “eyes” watching from neighbors.
My wife and me spent 9 days at the Villa Morelli, and our host Martina had great answering time and tried everything to make our visit the best ever, and she made a success doing it.
We were celebrating my 50th birthday and had help from Martina arranging a private cook for my birthday.
We both loved the villa, and would gladly recommend Villa Morelli to all selective globetrotters.
Thanks again for making my celebration a memory for life.

We've just returned from an amazing week staying at Villa Morelli (Feb 22) as a family of four (two adults and two teenagers)
The villa is as luxury as the name suggests, kitted out to the highest standards throughout (inside and outside) with some lovely extras added (the drinks collection and the PS5 were particularly welcome). If you like high tech, this house will thrill you with lots of things to play with.
The pool and pool area is wonderful with really really comfortable sun loungers🤗.
The house is positioned up a small hill which provides fabulous views to San Augustin and out to sea. Shops and restaurants are within walking distance from the house (10-15 mins walk) but we also had a rental car (for which we had a covered parking space) that allowed us explore other parts of the island, I'd recommend a hire car but it's not a necessity as taxis and buses are readily available.
Communication with Martina as host was brilliant throughout the whole process and indeed really responsive when I needed to contact while we were there.
Overall, I couldn't recommend this villa enough - 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟, we'll be back.

Thank you Martina for being much more than a host, it has been such a wonderful holiday for us and so warm and home like feeling in your lovely house. San Agustin is really nice and calm place, a car is almost must have, to see more this beautiful island. Parking was easy, as well as way to upper roof with elevator.
When we first saw the house, we were amazed; it is newly renovated and modern, with all comforts for living. Kitchen is well equipped, combined with Weber grill outside and "mini"bar is a plus when you are not drinking a lot but can have one drink every now and then with coins, no need to buy whole bottle!
Outdoor shower was really nice suprise with warm water, pool is so clean, warm (we bought extra warming in january) and well kept. Our kids (11&14) were happy with its depth and size and functions ❤️ lovely and clean yard and very very beautiful garden! We didn't see the pet kko though...!
There was great beds and bathrooms, extra pillows, also yoga mats in the house, (nice specialties like ping pong table too) but I forgot to have them on the beach, where I did yoga, it's so short walk there and wonderful black sand , calm beach. Just love the environment!
